Pizza night at the Z with (almost) all local ingredients. Homemade crust and sauce from M & J farms- delicious!

vegetable frittata w/ local eggs, Z garden tomatoes and rosemary topped with balsamic glaze and goat cheese served on a bed of organic baby arugula, homemade banana/cinnamon muffin, country ham and fresh pineapple.

Is it just me or are these little crevices in desperate need of some melted butter and warm homemade vanilla bean syrup....? And yes, tomorrow is chicken&waffles. Happy almost-Saturday.
